Loaves and Fishes and Second Harvest Heartland (SHH) signing the paperwork for Loaves to become the first re-distributor of SHH food, called "The HUB"! With our new warehouse, inventory system and truck we are now welcoming small organizations that serve meals to utilize our food for their programs - like shelters, recovery homes, after-school programs, and domestic violence centers. The benefit to these organizations includes cost savings, taking only the food quantity needed, and enjoying a wide variety of food including farm fresh ingredients. Bottom line, they do programs well, we do food well and the combo can ensure viability for the people they serve.
