Kicthen Partnership: VARY Sauce

Last week, we shared our Minneapolis Commissary Kitchen with the team from VARY Sauce, and it was one of those afternoons that reminded us why we do this work.
VARY Sauce is a locally built, women-owned, small business built around a genuinely clever idea: single-serve pasta sauces portioned for one, designed so you can have a real, homemade-tasting meal without the grocery haul or the half-empty jar sitting in your fridge for three weeks. They call it “pop-in” sauce, straight from the freezer to the pan in five minutes. It’s built for people who deserve to feel cared for at dinnertime, even when life is hectic.
What we love about partnerships like this one is that they’re not complicated. Two organizations with the same basic belief, that everyone deserves good food, show up and cook together. Extra hands mean more meals. Shared energy makes the work feel lighter. And the people who come through our doors for a hot meal get something made with a little extra love that day.

If you haven’t tried their sauces yet, go do it: varysauce.com.
And if your business or organization wants to cook with us sometime, we’d love to have you. This is how community gets built, one shared meal at a time.
Contact our Community Engagement Coordinator, Carson, at volunteer@loavesandfishesmn.org to learn more about getting involved near you.
Thank you, VARY Sauce. We hope to have you join us again sometime soon!
