In an effort to reduce food waste and reduce dangerous greenhouse gas emissions in our community, we developed a curriculum to educate staff, volunteers, meal partners, students, youth groups, and more on how to prepare and cook food incorporating low-waste cooking techniques. Join us for Cooking For All classes in person at Urban Ventures in Minneapolis or participate in the curriculum virtually by watching the videos below.

After viewing any of the videos below, please complete the survey at this link. If you are viewing these videos in preparation for volunteering with us, either at one of our Community Meal sites or our Commissary Kitchen, we recommend completing the survey after your volunteer shift.
